Privacy notice

Effective 14 October 2026. This notice describes what this website does with the information you give it.

What this site collects

Only when you use the contact form: the name, email address, topic and message that you type. Nothing is collected from you by reading the pages.

Like any web service, the servers that deliver this site process your IP address and the time of each request. These security logs are used to keep the form working and to limit abuse. The contact form’s limits also use your IP address, held in the server’s memory, to count recent requests.

Why we use it

We use your name and email address to reply to your message, and your topic and message to understand what you are asking. There is no automatic decision-making or profiling.

How your message travels

When you press Send, your browser sends the form to this site’s server. The server passes it to an email delivery provider, which sends it as an email to a Scunicorp inbox. The site does not keep its own copy of your message. The delivery provider and the email inbox keep their own records under their own terms.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts run on this site, and the site sets no cookies. Fonts are served from this site. If you use the light/dark appearance button, your choice is saved in your own browser’s local storage and is never sent to us.

How long it is kept

Messages sent through the contact form are kept in our inbox for up to 12 months and are then deleted, unless we are in an ongoing conversation with you. The delivery provider and the server’s security logs follow their own, shorter schedules.

Your questions and requests

To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, use the contact form and say that your message is about your data.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will replace this one on this page and show its own effective date.
